I don’t recall signing up for the paper, so why am I receiving it?
You likely made a qualifying donation to the Jewish Federation Bay Area, which includes a complimentary one-year subscription to J. The Jewish News of Northern California. If you would like to stop receiving your complimentary subscription, please email the Circulation Manager at circulationdept@jweekly.com.
How can I request additional copies of the paper?
We are happy to send out additional copies, although some requests may incur additional charges and shipping fees. Please email your request to the Circulation Manager with your request to circulationdept@jweekly.com.
How many issues do you send out per year?
We send a new issue every other week, or 26 issues per year.
How do I change my mailing address?
Please fill out a Change Of Address (COA) Form HERE.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to this link HERE. After you login, click on the cancel button and your account will not auto-renew for the upcoming year. You can also contact our Circulation Manager at 415-870-2879 or email at circulationdept@jweekly.com.
Can I get a refund?
While we can cancel and terminate your subscription at any time, we cannot provide refunds.
